CRISIS MANAGEMENT

JUST GOOD MANAGEMENT

Whilst it may seem daunting, Crisis  Management is just good management, usually within the context of a a highly pressurised situation. Decisions may need to be taken at speed without knowledge of the full facts. This means, it can be stressful and things can go wrong.

Clearly defining roles and responsibilities, lines of communication and the actions to be taken is vital for ensuring an effective and coordinated response.

PROCESS & PLAN DEVELOPMENT

Making good decisions under pressure is perfectly possible. Rarely does it happen by accident. Without a process, plan and agenda in place, there is a chance you may muddle through relying on the good will and experience of your staff, but the cost can be unnecessarily high and some organisations never fully recover. Whatever the size or scale of your organisation, we will work with you to develop an effective crisis process and plan.

OUR APPROACH

Over approach has been developed over many years of working with organisations across a wide range of industries. It is built on the firm belief that in order for a crisis plan to be effective, it needs to be straightforward and flexible.
We will not impose something unfamiliar and overly complex on you because we know that these sort of arrangements fall at the first hurdle and will only add greater confusion and stress.
